YESAM is located on the fourth floor of the Armaggan Nuruosmaniye building and occupies an area of 700 m2. The center comprises three conference rooms, a demonstration kitchen and culinary research library.
The kitchen has been designed for professional cooks to conduct cooking demonstrations.
These demonstrations will be broadcast on the internet, so that every stage of the cooking process can be clearly followed.
Individual visitors and groups are welcome at the center. Seminars will be held for groups as a part of culinary tours.
